Seasonal Mini Sessions
Mini Sessions are special, limited-time events offered on select predetermined dates throughout the year and are not available for individual booking or by request.
Sessions are 15 minutes and scheduled back-to-back with multiple families at a predetermined location. Mini Sessions are designed for immediate families of up to 5 people. Larger immediate families may book consecutive time slots, subject to availability.
For extended families, a Storytelling Session is required to allow plenty of time for different family groupings and ensure a relaxed, premium experience without feeling rushed.

What time of day is best for my session?
The most beautiful light for outdoor photography is typically during the hour after sunrise or the hour before sunset (often called golden hour). This soft, warm light creates flattering skin tones, beautiful colours, and helps avoid harsh shadows and squinting. While I understand that these times don't always work—especially for young children or busy family schedules—I can absolutely photograph sessions at other times of day. If a midday session is your only option, I'll choose the best location available and use my experience to create beautiful images, even in brighter conditions.
Where will my session take place?
Most sessions take place at one of my favourite outdoor locations, carefully chosen to suit the style and feel you're looking for. If you have a special location in mind, I'd love to hear your ideas! Studio sessions are also available for an additional rental fee.
Can I bring my pet to the session?
Pets are always welcome to join in your session, as long as the location permits it! I love capturing the special bond between you and your furry friends. Just let me know ahead of time, and we can make sure everything is set up to include your pets in the shoot!
How should I prepare for my session?
Once your session is booked, you'll receive my Welcome Guide filled with tips on what to wear, how to prepare, and what to expect. The biggest thing is to relax, arrive a few minutes early, and focus on enjoying time with your loved ones—I’ll guide you through the rest!
Can I purchase additional images?
Absolutely! If you fall in love with more images than are included in your package, additional digital images and full gallery upgrades are available at an additional cost once you receive your online gallery.
What's included in the editing process?
I believe in keeping edits natural and true to you. My goal is for you to look your best while still feeling authentic in your photos. I enhance skin, teeth, and eyes to bring out your natural beauty, but I don’t do extreme body modifications or remove wrinkles. I want you to love the images and feel like yourself—just the best version of you!
Do you have a client wardrobe?
I have a small but carefully curated selection of dresses available for your session, and I’m always open to expanding my collection based on client needs. If you’re looking for something specific, feel free to let me know, and I’d be happy to help you find the perfect dress or add new options to my collection!
What happens if the weather is bad?
Outdoor sessions depend on the weather. If rain, high winds, or other conditions make it unsafe or unlikely to produce beautiful images, we'll simply reschedule your session for the next available date at no additional charge.
When will I receive my photos?
I strive to deliver your edited digital gallery within two weeks, and I always do my best to get your photos to you as quickly as possible without compromising quality. You’ll also have the option to order professional prints directly through me.
Do you offer gift certificates?
I do offer gift certificates, which make a wonderful and thoughtful gift for any occasion! Whether it's for a photo session or towards a package, they’re a great way to give someone the gift of beautiful memories.
